Some shipping companies may take 24-48 business hours to issue a tracking number. If your order has been placed more than 48 business hours ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.


WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase will always be sent in the same package.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Average delivery time is 2/3 business days*, delays may occur in international shipping due to your country's custom process.
*Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to variations and/or delays based on the period and volume of orders.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. You can also check the status of your order on our tracking page. If you have any questions about the status of your order or have not received the email, please contact us. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you have entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible! We will do our best to change it for you, but we cannot guarantee anything in this case, as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase. Failure to deliver a package due to an error in filling in the shipping information will result in a €6 charge (offered at checkout with free shipping) to make a new delivery.

You can pay with: credit card or PayPal. All payments are made in a 100% SSL protected payment environment.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. 

HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please send an email as soon as possible to: milano.evolution@gmail.com indicating the order number received, so that we can be immediately available. Please note that orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have already been sent. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As per the law, you can request a return within 15 days from the order date and on condition that the goods are in the same condition as they were delivered, intact and unused.
If the items present any imperfections or are not intact, the return will be refused.
The costs and methods of return will be borne by the customer. For purchases with free shipping, the €4,90 shipping offered at the time of purchase will always be retained from the refund.
